AromaCraft Docs
Step-by-step guidance for the core workflows: launch your workspace, compose formulas, and collaborate as a team.
Use this guide to master AromaCraft quickly. Follow the sections to configure the catalogue, accelerate formula creation, and align teammates around one source of truth.
1. Getting started
Prepare your workspace and make sure every teammate has the right access and context.
- Create an account and choose a plan. During onboarding you can invite colleagues via email right away.
- Open the settings page to fill in your brand profile: logo, contacts, and legal details.
- Configure AI preferences: preferred families, materials to exclude, and default IFRA/REACH constraints.
2. Ingredient catalogue
Import, enrich, and structure ingredients so the right material is always a search away.
- Upload a CSV or connect a supplier integration — cards will be generated automatically with specs and descriptors.
- Filter by note, volatility, vendor, or allergens. Save common queries as collections for future briefs.
- Add custom tags and notes to record sourcing nuances, batches, and go-to combinations.
3. Building formulas
Craft new compositions while keeping compliance and cost under control.
- Click “New formula”, define the product type and concentration. You can start from a template or from scratch.
- Add ingredients from the catalogue with percentage or mass — the system instantly updates the pyramid and cost breakdown.
- Run the IFRA/REACH check: limits are highlighted, and you can export the report as PDF or CSV.
4. Collaboration
Share iterations, comment in context, and keep everyone aligned on progress.
- Invite teammates to the workspace and assign roles. Access to catalogues, formulas, and analytics is controlled via groups.
- Leave comments on formulas or specific ingredients, mention colleagues, and attach reference files.
- Save versions to capture winning iterations and compare them across key metrics.
5. Automation & export
Streamline production handoff and documentation workflows.
- Use the batch calculator to get precise concentrate and diluent weights for any order.
- Enable scheduled quality reports to keep stakeholders updated automatically.
- Export formulas and ingredient cards to PDF, CSV, or via API for purchasing and ERP systems.
